We’re sorry to hear you are having difficulties using the KUMON App.  We aim to get you up and running again as soon as possible. 

Most difficulties can be quickly resolved at home or in centre by your Instructor, but we’re happy to help if more technical support is required.    

So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please complete a few simple checks before submitting the support ticket. 

Have you checked:

  • you are using a compatible device and stylus
  • the simple steps in your user manual
  • you’ve restarted the device and/or KUMON App
