Set Up Instructions/Guidance

comfirm your tablet is compatible (PLEASE CHECK THE DEVICE/PEN COMPATIBILITY CHART HERE)

SOME stylus PENS NEED TO BE CHARGED and others need to be paired with the device so please remember to do this before use

Recommended Internet Browsers:

– For ipad os (ioS), please use “Safari” 

– For Android and Chrome OS, please use “CHROME” 

– FOR WINDOWS OS, please use “Edge”

1.  with the tablet your child will use to study, Please scan the relevant QR code below  or click here for the UK version and here for the Ireland version

2. THE KUMON CONNECT URL WILL OPEN IN the BROWSER  

3. important: before logging in or studying, Add the Kumon connect icon to your home screen (ANDROID EXAMPLE BELOW)

4. Close the internet Browser and go to the new KUMON CONNECT icon on your home screen 

5. open the KUMON CONNECT app and enter your ID and Password provided by your instructor

6. tap the “Login” button

 (if you can still see the url bar at the top, please follow preparation steps 2-4 again to access the kumon connect app via an icon on the home screen and GET A FULL-SCREEN DISPLAY as below)

7. WHEN THe SCREEN below IS DISPLAYED, YOU’RE READY TO STUDY

8. tap on the “start studying” button

9. Using a stylus pen that is compatible with your tablet, you can write your answers directly on the screen

nb: IT is not necessary to lift up the side of your writing hand because The app is designed not to respond even IF a hand leans on the screen
